FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you have a question that wasn't answered here, feel free to reach me and ask directly. Some questions you may have, e. g. those related to commissions, may as well be found answered directly in one of the "commissions" pages.
Q: ...who are you?
Oh hey, I am "outwander", but you can call me Lucid as well. I'm a young adult individual who enjoys doing art... and that's everything you need to know.
Q: How long have you been drawing?
Art, later digital art, is my main hobby since I can remember, but in 2018 I started to take it seriously and started my business to fight existence and gain some coins and experience for future. Tho there've been some breaks, I'm trying to keep it going.
Q: What tablet and drawing software do you use?
Wacom Cintique 16 and Clip Studio Paint (before getting this one, I've been using Krita, which is free).
Q: Do you take requests? If not, what about art trades?
No, I do not take requests. The only exception might be you requesting me to draw my own characters. As for art trades, I don't do them as often due to lack of time, but there's no harm in asking me. I'll likely consider your offer if you're on a similar level in art as me (style doesn't really matter), if you're considered a friend or if I watch you on any social media.
Q: Are your commissions open? If yes, how can I commission you?
Maybe, there's no set pattern of me opening and closing them, so the best way of knowing it to check "status" banner on the "commissions" page. You can also find the commissioning process explainned on the same page.
Q: Can I draw your character?
Of course, seeing my babies to be appreciated by someone else is the best thing! Check my Toyhou.se for some info about info and reference sheets.
Q: Can I use your character? Or artwork?
No. My characters mean a lot to me and only I can use them, neither their designs can be used for you recreating them by changing their personality. So, please don't. Regarding my artworks, I don't like to see my personal artworks (art of my characters) to be used anywhere in any way. If you want to use an artwork that was made as someone's commission, you better go ask them.
Q: I saw someone is using your artwork or character. What should I do?
In that case please send me an e-mail with as much information as possible (URL link leading to said person, screenshots, etc.), your effort will be truly appreciated. Please, do not contact that person yourself, or at least keep it polite and private.
